Public audit data
Audits process the business information you submit, observable public listing fields and authorized public website content. Raw crawl content is transient and is not sold. Provider-specific data is retained only as permitted by the applicable API terms. Google-provided content is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Retention and abuse controls
Free server-side reports are scheduled to expire after about 30 days, Complete Reports after about 365 days and monitored reports after about 400 days. Deletion through database expiration indexes may not be immediate. Viewer network addresses and submitted site hosts are converted to keyed hashes for short-lived daily quota counters; full network addresses are not stored in those counters.
Local device history
One-time report data, private access tokens, summaries and drafts can be stored in your browser. Anyone with access to that browser profile may be able to read them. Clear local history removes the app's stored reports from that browser, but it does not cancel billing or immediately delete server records.
Email, billing and accounts
If you supply an email, it is used to deliver the requested report or recurring service notices. Recovery links expire after seven days. Stripe processes payment details; LocalSignal receives transaction identifiers and entitlement status, not full card numbers. Managed identity protects subscriber accounts.
Analytics
Optional analytics load only after consent. Declining analytics does not affect scans, billing or accounts.
